VFW Post 10281 Vine Grove Kentucky 40175

The VFW Post 10281 is located in VineGrove Kentucky 299 Briggs Lane Vine Grove Kentucky 40175. The VFW Post 10281 Facebook group and its intent is to provide an informal place where VFW/Auxiliary/MoC-MoCA/Young Patriots members can discuss issues of the VFW, namely issues that will help with the successful operations of our Post in all aspects.

As we venture through the world of Covid, we have had our ups and downs. The last thing we wanted to do was shut down again but we needed to get our plan together. Starting Monday we will reopen following all the guidelines that have been implemented by the Governor. Starting Monday we will operate as follows: Hours of operation will be 12pm-8pm Monday thru Saturday. There will be no Saturday breakfast at this time. Inside the building will be for gaming purposes only. No food or drink will be served inside. Masks must be worn at all times! We will have the back patio setup for outdoor operations. You may order food and drinks from there. You will need to wait for the staff to come to you. Masks must be worn at all times unless actively drinking or eating. Actively means physically taking a drink or putting food in your mouth. Togo orders will also be taking place. This will be done curbside. You will need to call in your order. Once you arrive to the post you will then call us to let us know you are there. We will bring your order to you and collect your money. We realize these restrictions seem overbearing but in order for us to operate we must follow them. We need all of you to be patient as we navigate through the next few weeks. We will do the best we can to take the very best care of you.

Professional discussion and courtesy is expected at all times even in those times when we disagree with each other. This is a place where any member of this group should feel safe asking for help, guidance or advice about the VFW regardless of their veteran status. Join facebook group click link below

“As yesterday’s defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today’s military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group. Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.”
